He had never walked three times in a game before this season but walked three times April 8 at Arizona and three times April 12 against the Phillies. After the latter game, Tulowitzki went eight games without a walk before walking four times.

–Chris Iannetta, who entered the game 3-for-31, doubled and singled on his first four at-bats. He struck out to end the game but extended closer Jonathan Broxton to eight pitches, the first seven fastballs followed by a slider.
