Eric, thanks for the heads up, but my experience is not quite as good.

A heads up to the developers....

I have the blackberry bold. The left side of the screen is missing the first 3-5 characters or so. And no way to scroll over. And while I'm asking for things, a link to download would be great as well so I don't have to enter the url everytime.

Thanks all. I do enjoy the site. I travel a lot, so this would be great for me to keep up with the Rocks.

During the streak Helton is 6 for 21, but with 7 RBI and 7 BB's.

I'm not sure it makes sense to talk about individuals carrying the team when the team is firing on so many cylinders. There's 7 quality starts in 7 games by the starters, the bullpen has given up 2 runs in the 7 games, Stewart's player of the week performance...we could keep going.

WillM- I don't agree Helton is part of the group carrying the team at the moment. His BA has dropped dramatically the past couple of weeks. Wasn't he hitting over .340 just about 3 weeks ago? It's now down to .308.

Tracy- can you tell us Helton's #s during this winning streak( AB, H, RBIs, SOs, etc)?

BTW, I just watched the video of Hawpe's double last night. They guy could not be any more comfortable. It's a joke that he is not even in the top fifteen in all-star votes when he's in the top five most productive NL hitters at ANY position. Hawpe, Helton, and Barmes are carrying this team right now.

We knew going in that the Rox had a tough home-away schedule early. We thought if they could just stay close through June that they would have a good shot at things. While the Dodgers have put the Rox in a big hole (had the Rockies won just four more of the games against the Dodgers they would only be 4 games out now), the team is not badly positioned in the wild card race with the favorable schedule ahead.

Last night marked the low at -13 (23 home, 36 away). They now have 9 home and 9 away the rest of this month, then have a lot of homestands beginning in July. Hopefully, this improved play will carry over into Coors Field. If so, watch out!

In any case, this Thursday morning is a heck of a lot more fun than last Thursday!
