Monday Start Time Set

The Rockies and Phillies will be baseball’s only show on Monday.
As a result, Game 4 in the NL Division Series at Coors Field will start at 4:07 p.m., MDT.
The start time was finalized Sunday when the Angels completed their sweep of Boston, and the Yankees finished their sweep of Minnesota in the two AL Division Series. The Dodgers swept St. Louis in the other NL Division Series.

Since MLB has it’s pick of times, any reasoning behind the 4:07 start? I could see them starting 2 hrs later to get it closer to prime time. But perhaps this is as late as they want to push it, given that the teams have to fly to Philly?
