Rockies agree to terms with 11 draft picks

The Colorado Rockies announced that the organization has come to terms with 11 players selected in the amateur draft last week, including three of their top 10 selections.

The players: RHP Chad Bettis (second round), OF Jared Simon (sixth round), OF Corey Dickerson (eighth round), 3B Jayson Langerfels (16th round), C Ryan Casteel (17th round), 1B Blake McDade (20th round), 1B Mark Tracy (22nd Round), RHP Bruce Kern (23rd round), LHP Kenneth Roberts (25th round), LHP Blake Keitzman (27th round) and 1B Jordan Ballard (33rd round).

Tracy is the son of Rockies manager Jim Tracy.

    Yes, he was and is in
    their current roster, throws hard and also batted 400 in college in case they needed.
