Mariners, Padres add former Rockies relievers
The Seattle Mariners have signed former Colorado Rockies reliever Manny Delcarmen to a minor-league deal. Delcarmen was 0-2 with a 6.48 ERA in nine appearances with the Rockies after begin acquired Aug. 31 last year for minor-league pitcher Chris Balcom-Miller. Delcarmen was non-tendered by the Rockies this winter.
The San Diego Padres have agreed to a minor-league deal left-hander Randy Flores, who was 2-0 with a 2.96 ERA in 47 appearances before being designated for assignment and claimed by the Minnesota Twins in August.

Good pickup by San Diego.
Delcarmen on a minor league deal is a low risk/high reward deal. If he shapes up as even a decent filler, he’ll be good up in Seattle.
i liked Flores a lot and will miss him, but will not wish him good luck when we play them :)
