Coming Tuesday: April Farm Report
The Colorado Rockies selected left-hander Rex Brothers with the 34th overall pick in the 2009 draft, a pick they received as compensation for the loss of another left-handed reliever, Brian Fuentes, to free agency. Less than two years after being drafted, Brothers, who like Fuentes may one day be a closer, might have the stuff to a be a major league reliever now.
