Triple-A Colorado Springs (W, 5-4 at Round Rock, box)
Catcher Jordan Pacheco was 2-for-4 with a double and drove in the go-ahead run with ninth-inning single. First baseman Mike Jacobs was 3-for-4 with two doubles, two RBI and a run scored. Right fielder Charlie Blackmon was 2-for-4 with a double and a run. Starting pitcher Alan Johnson allowed four runs in six innings.

Double-A Tulsa (L, 7-2 vs. Springfield, box)
Third baseman Darin Holcomb was 2-for-4 with a run scored. Center fielder Tim Wheeler and left fielder Scott Beerer each drove in a run. Starting pitcher Cory Riordan allowed five runs (four earned) in six innings. Reliever Casey Weathers allowed a hit and struck out two in a scoreless inning. It was his fifth scoreless appearance in his past six.

High Class-A Modesto (L, 9-1 vs San Jose, box)
Orlando Sandoval produced the Nuts’ only run with a solo home run. Starting pitcher Nick Schnaittman allowed nine runs (eight earned) in 4 2/3 innings.

Low Class-A Asheville (W, 3-2 vs. Lexington, box)
Peter Tago, a supplemental first-round pick in 2010, allowed two runs in seven innings to pick up a win in his professional debut. Tago allowed four hits, walked one and struck out five and retired the first nine batters he faced. Right fielder Kyle Parker was 2-for-4 with an RBI. Catcher Dustin Garneau was 1-for-4 with a double.
