De La Rosa leaves game with elbow soreness
Colorado Rockies starting pitcherleft the first game of Tuesday’s double-header against the Arizona Diamondbacks with soreness in his left elbow.
With a 1-1 count against Arizona’s Chris Young and runners at second and third with one out in the third inning, De La Rosa left the game following a conference on the mound. He allowed two runs on three hits in 2 1/3 innings, walked two and struck out three.
The Rockies said the team will continue to evaluate is condition.
