Coming Friday: July Farm Report featuring Matthes

July 28, 2011 | 4:40 pm

After enduring a terrible 2010 season, a medical washout of a year consisting of limited action that was ended by pain, surgery for a torn left patellar tendon and rehab, outfielder Kent Matthes is reaping a big reward. Read the full story in the July farm report, as well as news about Will Swanner, Hector Gomez, Tyler Matzek, Tim Smalling, David Christensen, Josh Roenicke, Wilin Rosario, Nolan Arenado, Joshua Slaats, Nelson Gonzalez, Vianney Mayo, Harold Riggins, Rosell Herrera and Trevor Story.

The farm report will be sent Friday to readers who have donated to Inside The Rockies for 2011. Donate now to receive this report as well as all the back issues from 2011, including our look in June issue at Tim Wheeler.
