Rockies sign fourth-rounder Thomas

The Colorado Rockies announced Thursday the team has signed outfielder Dillon Thomas, their fourth-round pick in June’s draft out of Westbury Christian High School in Houston.

Thomas will report to Rookie Casper.

The Rockies have signed seven of their top 10 picks from the draft. First-round pick Tyler Anderson, third-rounder pick Peter O’Brien and ninth-rounder Thomas Stripling remain unsigned among the Rockies’ top picks.
