The Colorado Rockies have sent right-handed pitcher Daniel Turpen to the Minnesota Twins to complete the trade for Kevin Slowey.

Turpen was acquired by the Rockies in March for catcher Mike McKenry. He was 2-4 with a 4.83 ERA in 48 appearances for Double-A Tulsa.
