J.C. Romero, 35, joins the Colorado Rockies bullpen after being released by the New York Yankees last week. He started the season with the Philadelphia Phillies and was 0-0 with a 3.86 ERA in 24 games before being released in June. Since then he has pitched in the minors for the Washington Nationals and the Yankees.
