The Colorado Rockies have outrighted six players off the 40-man roster, including former first-round pick Greg Reynolds and infielder Kevin Kouzmanoff. Also being sent out were right-handed pitchers Jim Miller, Matt Daley and Cory Riordan and catcher Jose Morales.
Catcher Jose Morales was placed on the 60-day disabled list with a fractured right thumb. To replace him, the Colorado Rockies purchased the contract of catcher Matt Pagnozzi from Triple-A Colorado Springs.
