Outfielders Charlie Blackmon and Ryan Spilborghs, infielder Jonathan Herrera and pitchers Jorge De La Rosa and Juan Nicasio have been added to the Colorado Rockies 40-man roster, which now has 37 players.
The Colorado Rockies have reinstated right-handed pitcher Alex White from the 60-day disabled list. To make room, the Rockies placed right-hander Edgmer Esaclona on the 15-day disabled list and transferred Juan Nicasio to the 60-day list.
When he makes his Colorado Rockies debut on Wednesday, Kevin Millwood will be the 10th pitcher to start for the Rockies this season.
