Dodgers sign Ellis to two-year deal

ESPN’s Buster Olney reports that the Los Angeles Dodgers will sign second baseman Mark Ellis to a two-year deal worth a little less than $4.5 million a year. Ellis is a Type B free agent, and the Colorado Rockies, who acquired Ellis in a trade last season, will received a supplemental round pick if he signs with the Dodgers.
