Aaron Cook left the Colorado Rockies’ 6-3 loss to the San Francisco Giants on Friday with a sore shoulder after facing one batter in the fourth inning. Reliever Matt Herges, who was signed to a minor-league contract earlier this summer, will take Cook’s place on the roster.
